So, today was the day in the Hundred Pushups program for another test. For the initial test I managed to squeeze out 4! This time around, however… 15 in one shot, then did another 18 more! Between that another 30 minutes, 2 miles and 254 calories of cardio… Sunday Funday was a pretty good workout day too. I’m off to see some friends, but come tomorrow morning, two-a-day workouts start again!
