I was definitely really worried about worrying hitting the scale this morning after a weekend of BBQ’s, traveling and not nearly getting in enough exercise. I figured, any damage done, I’ll just have to put in some effort to undo. Unfortunately, there was little bit of an increase in my weight over the past few days. I went up just about 1 pound. Leaving for NY last week I was at 241.2 and this morning 242.6, so I gain 1.4 pounds over the course of the weekend.
Its time to get my ass in gear, literally and burn off this extra weight. I’d really like to hit the 45 day mark at exactly 30 pounds lost consistently, which would halfway to my first weight goal in half the time I set out to reach it in. 30 pounds in 90 days.
I wanted to make sure I got right back into the swing of things, so I woke up this morning and did a 5 minute cardio warm-up followed by 55 push-ups and 43 sit-ups, then after work I did some solid cardio: 45 minutes, 3.08 miles and burned 387 calories.
Tomorrow I go right back at it and working on hitting that goal!!
