Destroy, rock, slam, crush even obliterate…. not sure how many other words I can use to explain how hard I’m pushing my workouts and my diet lately, but what I do know is that it is 100% definitely working. I’ve been really good about my drinking lately, getting on the rowing machine as much as possible and turning in at least 1 under 10 minute mile almost every day… plus some lighter cardio just to keep the calorie burn up.
It hasn’t been easy… 20 – 30 minutes in the morning followed by another 30 minutes to an hour after work, but the huge payoff is morning like today when I wake up and turn in another new all time low weight… this time 232.6 pounds. That puts me .6 pounds way for hitting the 40 pounds lost mark! F’ING. AWESOME.
Now with that good news…. I’m going to hit another 30 minute workout before I head into the office!
