I wanted to make sure that I finished up the week with a solid workout, so I decided to crank in a little more cardio. Granted my legs are starting to get pretty tired and I’m sure I might need a rest day again, but for today: 2 cardio sessions, the first was 1 hour, 3.7 miles and burned 461 calories and the second was 20 minutes, 1.2 miles and burned another 151 calories.
I also completed Week 2 Day 3 of the Hundred Pushups program which was 30 more pushups. It says the next day of the program is a “test day” so I think I’m going to give my arms a break tomorrow and do the test on Sunday.
Now I’m gonna head out, have a drink or two and relax for a little while! 🙂
