So, I’m going on 6 days of a weight plateau right now and it’s really starting to piss me off. I don’t have too much time to sit here and bitch about, but I’m going to have to some progress soon!!
Today was another hour on a treadmill at 6% incline for 3.1 miles and 420 calories. Didn’t get a damn picture of it though!
I gained some weight, but we gotta keep keeping on, man. Hang in there!

No weight gain, just been dead locked at 249.4-ish for like 6 days…. what a pain in the ass!!
LIFT HEAVY SHIT. Gotta start doing more weights and less cardio to keep your metabolism going. You will be burning calories even when you aren’t lifting.
