All go, no stop, never quit… even when traveling for work. The awesome part of this is, not only does my hotel have a pretty nice fitness center that I found earlier, but its open 24 hours and its less than 100 feet from my hotel room door! Check this out:
Not a bad spot for a workout huh?! And what a workout it was…. I jumped all over the place, pushups, sit-ups, the elliptical and the stationary bike!! All said and done it was about an hour-long workout including the 30 minutes of cardio that burned 293 calories. It’s nice to be able to change things up a bit… and depending on what kind of energy I have after I get some food, maybe I’ll find a way to squeeze in another 30 minutes of cardio. The bad part of this workout was that I tried to do Week 3 Day 3 of the hundred pushups program and just could not do it. Pretty close to the end, only 3 pushups away from completing the day my arms were just jello and I had to stop. I did, however, set the app to repeat the day… I don’t get to move on until its done!
Now I’ll go in search of some healthy food options in San Mateo/Foster City!!
