Day #39 – First Day Back, And The Workouts Continue

No way am I cutting myself enough slack to take a whole day off. Granted, today was another slightly smaller workout, but at least I did something!! I knock out 20 minutes, 1.17 miles and 167 calories on the treadmill, followed by 50 pushups and 42 situps. I’ll discuss my pushup problem tomorrow, but for now… I’ve got to run!


Dinner time, and a little relaxation tonight!
